Hallettsville locals explain apparition of Virgin Mary
During the 1980s Daniel Jares of Hallettsville, Texas claimed he saw an apparition of the Virgin Mary in a peaceful field near his home. Jares, who has since died, eventually created a shrine to honor the vision. It has become a place where people from all over come for prayer and healing. |
