KTXS SAN ANGELO, Texas -- A 55-year-old San Angelo man has been arrested for trying to use two counterfeit $10 bills. Thomas Ray Moulton (DOB 8/9/56) was arrested and charged with forgery by passing and was booked into the Tom Green County Jail. |
